Our products feature essential oil steam-distilled on-site from organic Grosso lavender grown on our historic farm. This 'farm-to-bottle' approach ensures the highest purity and a distinct, authentic aroma that defines our apothecary line.
Are your beauty and skincare products organic?
We prioritize organic and natural ingredients. While our signature lavender is certified organic, we also source high-quality botanical ingredients from trusted partners who share our commitment to sustainable and ethical farming practices.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery via UPS or USPS usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy for apothecary items?
Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. If a product arrives damaged or if you have an adverse reaction, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, the Los Poblanos Farm Shop ships exclusively within the United States and Canada. We are looking into expanding our shipping capabilities to more international destinations in the future.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. Los Poblanos is committed to cruelty-free practices. We never test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we work with suppliers who do.
